About Kelly

Kelly Windsor - Chief Operating Officer

Kelly has worked in the training sector for over 25 years.  She started out as a Training Manager in Panasonic, before moving into Apprenticeships in 2001.  Kelly has worked in various roles in the apprenticeship sector from English and Maths Tutor, Operational Manager, Marketing Manager and Managing Director.  Kelly has managed Apprenticeship provision across England and Wales, focusing on delivering high quality and rapid growth within the health and social care sector.  Under Kelly’s stewardship, the apprenticeship provision received a ‘Good’ grade at Ofsted and had achievement rates well above sector norms.  

Kelly is new to domiciliary care but is passionate about ensuring every service user receives the quality of care they need to live as independently as possible, in their own homes.
