I am an experienced Operations Director with a demonstrated history of working in the Work Based Learning, Professional Training & Welfare to Work industries. I am skilled in Performance Management, Budgeting, Operations Management, Sales, Coaching, Bid Writing, and Team Building. I have a Bachelor of Business Management (BBA) focused in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Glamorgan.
I am currently operating as the Business Improvement Director working across England and Wales. Projects include Skills funding agency growth, Welsh Government continuity and Commercial training projects. Wales England Care and MVRRS ltd are learner focused organisations who consistently deliver good to excellent success rates and a high standard of service to employers and learners. Plans are to move the business forward as a national Prime Contractor across England and Wales over the next 3 years to include supported commercial training projects. Specialisms will include a focus on the Health and Sustainability sectors.
