I started my Level 2 Diploma in Care course in Autumn 2024, coming from a commercial background and working alongside the NHS, and I wasn’t sure if I needed it. But I’m so glad I did.

“How can you perfect perfection”
I find the service absolutely brilliant and fabulous in every way. I regard the Care Workers as if they are my own family. I feel you (the company) need me as much as I need you.
The Care Workers make me feel valued, and I am really happy with the care and support I receive. Most of them are helpful. I am fond of my Care Workers and the office staff.
I enjoy playing scrabble with my Care Workers. I have no improvements for the company, how can you perfect perfection.

The service I receive is excellent. The Care Workers help me in every way possible, and they all go over and above for me. All the Care Workers who visit me are lovely, wonderful and overall fantastic in everything that they do.
I treat them all like family and they treat me as if I am their friend. I look forward to every visit, and I really enjoy their company. I can’t find any faults in the care I receive even if I tried to.
The company couldn’t possibly do anything more for me. Everything is perfect.
