We ensure that you are involved in the design and delivery of a bespoke learning programme that suits you and your apprentices.

WECL have flexible delivery methods, dovetailing online and classroom learning with employer training programmes, to ensure the apprenticeship training is closely aligned to the apprentice’s workplace and role.

Delivery models will be developed in conjunction with the organisation, to ensure they meet the needs of the business. We adopt a flexible approach to ensure the Standard is delivered to suit individual learning styles. We adopt a hybrid delivery model with a mix of workplace and online learning.

Training is mainly delivered on a one-to-one basis resulting in a programme being bespoke to the apprentice. Our aim is to deliver high quality learning in a low stress, environment, where apprentices are heard and do not fear failure.
