Our apprenticeships are delivered flexibly based on your preferences. You will be allocated a Development Coach, who will meet with you monthly. They will implement development plans, complete visits and quarterly progress reviews, deliver learning and observe you undertaking tasks in your workplace.

Delivery models are developed in conjunction with your employer to make sure they meet the needs of the business. We adopt a flexible approach to ensure the apprenticeship is delivered to suit your individual learning style. We adopt a hybrid delivery model with a mix of workplace and online learning.

Training is mainly delivered on a one-to-one basis, resulting in a programme being bespoke to you. This is supported by digital group sessions for core themes and employer/role specific topics. Our aim is to deliver high quality learning in a low stress environment, where our apprentices are heard and do not fear failure.
